Is there a minimum order for Plastic Medal products, and how long do they take?
There is no minimum — one piece is fine. Standard production runs about 7–14 working days once the artwork is approved, plus 1–2 days with a private courier. We confirm the exact dates after you sign off the design.
Can you engrave names, text, or a logo onto Plastic Medal products?
Yes, on every piece. Artwork design and layout are free — send us the logo and the wording, and our graphics team will send a proof for approval before anything goes into production.
Can a photograph or a gradient be printed onto a plastic medal?
Fully, yes. Because it is digital printing it is not constrained by the colour-boundary ridges that enamel-filled metal medals need, so photographs, gradients and event mascots reproduce as supplied.
What is the difference between plastic and acrylic medals?
Plastic is moulded, giving standard shapes at the lowest cost per piece. Acrylic is laser-cut, so it can take a freeform shape following your logo and carries a clarity opaque plastic cannot. Choose plastic for price, acrylic for a shape of your own.
