Ordering & service
Is there a minimum order for custom trophies? Can I order just one?
Yes, we can. RS TROPHY has no minimum order quantity — you can start from a single piece. We’re glad to help.
Does RS TROPHY design for me, or do I need to supply the file?
We design both the wording and the logo layout for you, free of charge. Just send us your logo and the text you want, and our graphics team prepares the artwork for you to approve before production — so you can be sure the result comes out exactly the way you pictured.
How many grades does RS TROPHY offer, and what materials do you use?
RS TROPHY offers trophies and award products across a range of grades, choosing quality materials to suit each job, including:
- Metal
- Plastic
- Resin
- Pewter (tin)
- German silver
You can choose the material that best fits your budget and how the award will be used.
How long does production and delivery take after I order?
Production time depends on the quantity and the design. In general it takes around 3–5 working days, and our team confirms the exact timeline again once your artwork is approved.
Delivery: private courier within 1–2 days on our dispatch rounds (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). If you need it the same day, we can deliver via Lalamove within Bangkok and the surrounding area.
Note: items already in stock do not require new production or a new design.
If an item is out of stock, roughly when will it be restocked?
Out-of-stock items are waiting on the next production or import round. Because each item has its own stock cycle, we may not be able to confirm an exact date.
As soon as stock is updated, our team lets you know right away — or you can check the progress with our admin any time.
If my item arrives damaged or broken, can I claim it?
Yes, you can. For damage from the material or manufacturing — such as breakage or a scratched finish — we’re happy to replace it free of charge (the damaged part only). Please take a photo or video and notify our admin right away.
Note: this does not cover damage from external factors, such as dropping or misuse.
Every order also passes our quality control (QC) check before it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via mobile banking (transfer to the specified bank accounts only):

Note: a 50% deposit of the total is required, with the balance paid before delivery. For plaques and medals, please transfer the 50% deposit after approving the artwork so we can begin production.
Can I get a full tax invoice from RS TROPHY?
Yes. We are a properly registered business and can issue full tax invoices for companies, organizations, and government agencies.

What does RS TROPHY actually make?

Every line can be made to order — engraved names, citations, and logos. If you are not sure which suits your event, send us the details and the budget and we will narrow it down for you.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Report faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Note: personalised items — anything engraved with your names, logo, or text — cannot be returned unless the fault is ours, and cancelling after production has started may forfeit the deposit.
Are you really the factory? Where are you based?
Yes — we manufacture ourselves, trading as RUAMSUK PLATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP since 2006. The factory and office are at 35/231 Mueang Pathum Thani, Pathum Thani 12000, Thailand.
You are welcome to visit, see the pieces in person, and talk through a design during opening hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Sat 09:00–16:00.

Where is RS TROPHY foundry located?
Our foundry and headquarters are located at 35/231 Mueang Pathum Thani, Pathum Thani 12000, Thailand. We have an integrated production line from metal forming to UV printing.
What production technologies does RS TROPHY use?
We utilize high-precision CNC Laser Cutting, high-pressure Die-Casting machines, and industrial UV printing systems to achieve micron-level accuracy.
Do you offer custom trophy production?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke/custom-made orders. Our engineers and designers handle everything from initial design to final production.
Why is RS TROPHY cheaper than import shops and trophy resellers?
Because we are the factory. CNC laser cutting, high-pressure die-casting, UV printing, and quality control all happen under one roof in Pathum Thani — no importer, no reseller, and no wholesale markup between the raw zinc ingot and your finished medal. Many shops in the Thai market are resellers ordering from larger factories; we are one of those factories, selling directly.
