Is there a minimum order for Crystal Plaque products, and how long do they take?
There is no minimum — one piece is fine. Standard production runs about 3–5 working days once the artwork is approved, plus 1–2 days with a private courier. We confirm the exact dates after you sign off the design.
Can you engrave names, text, or a logo onto Crystal Plaque products?
Yes, on every piece. Artwork design and layout are free — send us the logo and the wording, and our graphics team will send a proof for approval before anything goes into production.
Is the difference from acrylic obvious side by side?
Clearly. Crystal is thicker, heavier, and refracts light in a way acrylic cannot, and the text sits inside the material instead of printed on it. If the plaque is the top award of the evening, that difference shows immediately in the group photograph.
Should a presentation box be ordered with it?
