How to have your personal data deleted, and the other rights PDPA gives you.
This page explains how to have personal data we hold deleted, alongside the other rights you can exercise under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Every request uses the same channel and the same timeframe.
If you request a quote, apply for a job, or contact us, we store the details you provide — name, email, phone, and the content of your request — plus usage data collected through cookies where you have consented.
Email ruamsukplating@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us the name, email, or phone number you used to contact us so we can locate your records. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity before acting.
We confirm receipt by email and complete the deletion within the period required by Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Some records must be retained under accounting and tax law — tax invoices for completed orders, for example — and we will tell you when that applies.
Beyond deletion you may also access and obtain a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, restrict its use, object to processing, and withdraw consent you previously gave. Use the same email and process as 03, naming the right you want to exercise.
RS TROPHY sets analytics cookies only where you have consented. You can withdraw that consent at any time from the cookie banner, or clear the cookies in your browser directly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out. The cookie policy has the detail.
