Products and custom work
Most items are made to order — engraving, logos, and text are produced to your specification. You are responsible for checking spelling, wording, and artwork before approving the proof; once a proof is approved it cannot be changed. Plated finishes may vary slightly from on-screen images.
Quotes and pricing
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Pricing depends on quantity, material, and engraving detail. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Payment
Made-to-order production starts on receipt of a 50% deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Corporate accounts with agreed credit terms are governed by a separate written agreement. Tax invoices are issued as required under Thai law.
Production and delivery
Standard production takes 3–5 working days from proof approval and deposit. Private courier transit adds 1–2 working days, with dispatch normally on Tue/Thu/Fri. These are estimates and may shift with workload or events beyond our control.
Returns and cancellation
Report faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Personalised items — anything engraved with your names, logo, or text — cannot be returned unless the fault is ours. Cancelling after production has started may forfeit the deposit.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of any logo, emblem, or artwork you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use it — you grant us a licence to use it solely to produce your order. Our product designs, photography, and site content remain ours and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or scrape it at volume beyond what our robots.txt permits.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost business, or delays caused by events beyond our control. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under Thai law.
Governing law and changes
