Is there a minimum order for Metal Medal products, and how long do they take?
There is no minimum — one piece is fine. Standard production runs about 3–5 working days once the artwork is approved, plus 1–2 days with a private courier. We confirm the exact dates after you sign off the design.
Can you engrave names, text, or a logo onto Metal Medal products?
Yes, on every piece. Artwork design and layout are free — send us the logo and the wording, and our graphics team will send a proof for approval before anything goes into production.
How do I choose between metal and zinc alloy?
Two things decide it: how intricate the relief is, and how many you need. Complex race-specific relief at volume favours zinc alloy on both quality and price. Formality, weight in the hand and smaller runs favour metal.
Can medals be ordered as a set with ribbons?
Yes. We make satin ribbons and printed lanyards to go with the medals as one order. Match the colour to your event theme, or print sponsor logos along the full length of the strap, rather than sourcing the straps separately.
