Ordering policy & product claims

Ordering policy

Customers pay a 50% deposit of the total and settle the balance before delivery. For plaque or medal orders, production begins once you have confirmed the design.

Product claims

If a product is defective due to materials — for example breakage or peeling color — send photos and a video to our admin to claim right away. Claims are 100% free (covering only the defective area).
