This role bridges high-performance backend architecture with seamless, localized user interfaces while driving full-funnel digital marketing. Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Architect, develop, and deploy the complete RS Trophy platform using a TypeScript Bun monorepo, including the Elysia.js API, Next.js storefront, and secure admin dashboard.
AI & Workflow Automation: Research and integrate AI automation tools to optimize operations, maximize employee productivity, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Infrastructure & Reliability: Design and implement serverless, zero-maintenance systems to prevent downtime and minimize operational overhead.
Data Validation & Performance: Maintain a unified source of truth for schemas using TypeBox to ensure absolute type safety from the database to the front-end forms.
Full-Funnel Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging tech and automation to optimize ad spend, track metrics, and drive online sales.
Media Optimization: Manage high-performance asset delivery pipelines using Cloudflare R2 and automated Sharp-to-WebP image conversions.
Asynchronous Processing: Oversee complex background tasks and system queues powered by BullMQ and Redis.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Bun runtime, and managing monorepo structures.
