Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Architect, develop, and deploy the complete RS Trophy platform using a TypeScript Bun monorepo, including the Elysia.js API, Next.js storefront, and secure admin dashboard.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Research and integrate AI automation tools to optimize operations, maximize employee productivity, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Infrastructure & Reliability: Design and implement serverless, zero-maintenance systems to prevent downtime and minimize operational overhead.
- Data Validation & Performance: Maintain a unified source of truth for schemas using TypeBox to ensure absolute type safety from the database to the front-end forms.
- Full-Funnel Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging tech and automation to optimize ad spend, track metrics, and drive online sales.
- Media Optimization: Manage high-performance asset delivery pipelines using Cloudflare R2 and automated Sharp-to-WebP image conversions.
- Asynchronous Processing: Oversee complex background tasks and system queues powered by BullMQ and Redis.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Bun runtime, and managing monorepo structures.
- Proven experience building scalable full-stack applications using Next.js (React 19/App Router) and Elysia.js.
- Solid understanding of raw MongoDB execution, Redis, and message brokers like BullMQ.
- Experience implementing end-to-end type safety using validation libraries like TypeBox shared across front-end and back-end contexts.
- Practical knowledge of deploying asset pipelines using Cloudflare R2 and automated image optimization tools (e.g., Sharp).
- Demonstrated ability to research, integrate, and deploy AI tools and automation to optimize business costs and time.
- Self-driven mindset with the capability to act as a lone contributor, taking full ownership of a product from architecture to deployment.
