Thai school sport-day production peaks right now. Ribbon supply is tight, custom engravers are booked through May 20, and the stock-base + custom-top strategy is the only way to get a fully-bespoke feel inside a two-week window.

Custom-dyed ribbon ships from our Chiang Mai supplier in 7-day cycles. From late April to mid-May, every cycle is fully booked. Standard ribbon colors (red, blue, green, gold, royal blue, school crimson) ship same-week from in-house stock. If your school colors fall outside that list and the ceremony is before May 25, switch to a printed-sublimation ribbon — same finish, three-day lead time, no dye queue. The substitution costs ฿4 more per medal and saves the order from missing the date.
A fully-custom trophy commissioned this week ships around May 22 — too late for most sport-day calendars. The stock-base + custom-top route ships May 8. We hold zinc-alloy and resin trophy bases in seven heights year-round; you commission only the top medallion or figurine. Recipients see a custom award; you pay roughly 55–60% of the full-commission price. For the 80% of sport-day awards that look similar across classes, this is the right structure every year, and especially this year.
