Engraving Stays Open, Production Closed
Laser engraving and hand-etching continue April 12-16 with a 50% staff team. If you have already-produced blank plaques or medals that just need names engraved, drop them off Tuesday morning and pick up Friday afternoon. New die-cut or casting production is fully paused.
Plan Q2 Late-May Deliveries Now
Coming out of Songkran, the production queue refills fast. Late-May delivery orders confirmed in the week of April 17 will already compete with Q2 sport-festival rush orders. Email your spec to us before the holiday and we hold your slot in the post-Songkran queue.
