Display-Phase Lighting Differs From Ceremony Lighting

Trophies in display cases need warm directional LED (3000K, ~300 lux) — too bright and gold plating reflects harshly; too dim and detail disappears. For corporate awards going into office display cases, factor lighting into the design conversation upfront. The trophy that won the photo in 2016 should still photograph well in the corporate lobby in 2026.

Anti-Tarnish Cloth Inside the Case Saves the Finish

Silver and silver-plated trophies tarnish in display cases due to ambient air sulfur. A single anti-tarnish cotton cloth tucked at the base (฿120/cloth, lasts 2-3 years) saves the finish for a decade. Specify it on every silver-finish quote — it costs almost nothing and prevents an embarrassing future re-polish job.
