The Two-Week HR Calendar Collision
Roughly 70% of Thai corporate year-end ceremonies fall between Dec 15 and Dec 28. Working backwards: every HR team needs delivery by Dec 12. Working backwards again: every order needs to be in production by Nov 14. The first two weeks of November are when 6 months of corporate orders compress into 10 working days. Factory queues that normally hold 200 active orders peak at 800+.
Lock Strategies That Still Work This Week
Three moves cut your effective lead time: (1) send recipient counts and category breakdown now even if individual names are TBD — we hold the production slot, you add names by Nov 11; (2) accept stock bases with custom engraving instead of fully-custom forms — stock-base orders skip the mould queue entirely; (3) split your order into a "must arrive by Dec 12" batch and a "can arrive by Dec 22" batch — splitting the urgency gives both halves better scheduling. Single-batch all-or-nothing orders are the ones that miss December.
