Pre-Engrave a Blank Template

If you know the award category names in advance ('Employee of the Year', 'Sales Excellence 2024'), engrave the template now and add only the recipient name in the final week. The category-only engraving takes 30 minutes per plate vs 2+ hours when you include name + citation + date. Splitting the work splits the wait.

Use Removable Engraving Plates

Order the plaque body and the brass nameplate as separate items. Body production happens in parallel with engraving — you save 5–7 days on the critical path.
