Ceremony day moves trophies from warehouse to ballroom to recipient — and every transfer is a damage risk. A 20-minute pack-out plan eliminates the panic of unwrapping a chipped cup at venue.

Each trophy goes in its own foam-lined display box, then those boxes go in a master shipping crate. Cost: about ฿35 per display box, included in most ceremony orders. The alternative — stacking trophies in bubble wrap — produces 1–2 damages per 50-unit order on average. The display boxes also double as the gift presentation, so they are not just packing.
A removable label on each display box with recipient name + award category prevents the wrong trophy going to the wrong person during the ceremony rush. Sounds obvious; happens at almost every unmanaged event. Print labels in 14pt sans-serif and stick on the lid, not the bottom — presenters need to read them from above.
